Atlantic View Property Partnership offers services essentially encompassing anything related to property development and investment.  

 

We identify potential projects and either form a JV or consortium for the development thereof and, of course, for mutual financial benefit.  We also project manage construction and development projects for others, and are in association with a construction company which can tender on those projects.

 

We are currently looking at a number of development opportunities, with potential returns for investors in the region of 20 to 50%
